1. Return Window

- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

3. Return Costs
- Customer Change of Mind:You are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Shipping Fees:Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:Return shipping will be covered by us.

5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued when:

- The product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The order arrives significantly late due to carrier issues
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of paymentwithin 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Damaged or Defective Products:
- Email us within 48 hoursof delivery with clear photos and your order number.
- We will approve a replacementor full refund at no extra cost.
6. Cancellations
- Before Shipping:Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at vitaminhubs@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
- After Dispatch:Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still request a return after receiving the item.
7. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
