1. Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 30 daysof receiving your order.
  • Products must be unusedunopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Supplements or consumable products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. Return Costs

  • Customer Change of Mind:You are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Shipping Fees:Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:Return shipping will be covered by us.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued when:
    • Returned items pass inspection
    • The product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect
    • The order arrives significantly late due to carrier issues
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of paymentwithin 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    • Email us within 48 hoursof delivery with clear photos and your order number.
    • We will approve a replacementor full refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

  • Before Shipping:Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at vitaminhubs@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
  • After Dispatch:Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still request a return after receiving the item.

7. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
