Cancellation by Customer

You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

Cancellation by Vitaminhubs

We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain conditions, including:

• Product out of stock
• Payment failure
• Incorrect pricing
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled before shipment:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation may require confirmation via phone or message.
